Jenna Tighe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenna started their career at Epic as a Project Manager from June 2007 to February 2011. Following this, they worked at Kforce as a Business Analyst - Consultant from February 2011 to February 2012. From February 2012 to October 2012, they worked at CUNA Mutual Group as a Business Analyst. Jenna then joined Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. where they held two roles - Senior Consultant - Consulting Services from October 2012 to November 2016 and Senior Application Advisor - Managed Services from December 2016 to August 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Principal Consultant at Evergreen Healthcare Partners starting from August 2020.
Jenna Tighe obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications, including the Cadence Certification from Epic in August 2007 and the Peak Pilates Basic Mat Certification from Peak Pilates in May 2020. Starting from 2007, they have earned several certifications from Epic, such as Prelude Certification in August 2008, Welcome Certification in June 2009, Referrals and Authorizations Certification in June 2009, Order Transmittal Certification in August 2009, EpicCare Ambulatory Certification in August 2009, Grand Central Certification in August 2010, and Benefits Engine Basics Certification in October 2018.
