Steven R. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Steven is currently working as a Principal Consultant at Evergreen Healthcare Partners. Prior to this, they worked at Epic, where they held multiple roles. As an Implementation Director and Team Lead, they successfully implemented electronic healthcare record software at various organizations and led a rapid implementation for a COVID-19 surge facility. Steven also improved one organization's feature adoption rate, resulting in better patient experience and revenue cycle efficiency. As an Implementation Project Manager, they oversaw multiple on-time implementations of Epic's radiology and breast imaging applications. Steven managed project managers, client analyst teams, budgets, timelines, third-party integrations, and training. Steven also improved key metrics by simplifying workflows and resolving technical issues. Before joining Epic, Steven worked at Teach For America as a Corps Member. Steven created a curriculum for a creative writing course and implemented a school-wide writing plan, leading to significant improvements in 8th Grade Writing FCAT scores.

Steven R. received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Affairs from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications related to the Epic software, including Epic Referrals in June 2020, Epic Ambulatory in July 2019, Epic Healthy Planet in October 2017, Epic Inpatient Clin Doc & Orders in August 2015, Epic Bridges in March 2015, Epic Cupid in September 2014, and Epic Radiant in September 2014.
