Zinta Saulkalns has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Zinta started their career at HCTec in 2016 as a Consultant. Zinta then worked as a Senior Epic Analyst at Temple University Health System, focusing on OpTime and Anesthesia. In the same year, they also served as a Senior Consultant at Innovar Group. In 2017, they joined Huron as a Senior Consultant and later transitioned to Bayhealth, where they worked as an Epic Project Manager and Testing Coordinator. Zinta then joined Centura Health as an Epic Analyst and Community Connect Project Lead. In 2019, they held multiple roles including Principal Consultant at Evergreen Healthcare Partners, Senior Epic Analyst at Temple Health, and Client Engagement Manager at Bluetree Network. Currently, Zinta is working as a Project Manager for Epic Hyperdrive Migration at Bayhealth.
Zinta Saulkalns completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), cum laude, in Public and Social Policy from Georgetown University from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2004 to 2008, they attended Georgetown University Law Center and earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on International Law. In terms of additional certifications, Zinta obtained the Results Routing Badge, Cupid Certification, and EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) Certification from Epic in October 2020, September 2020, and June 2020, respectively. Additionally, they received the Managing Projects with SharePoint 2013 certification from Lynda.com in August 2017. Zinta also holds various Epic certifications including Anesthesia Graduate Program Certification and Anesthesia Certification obtained in May 2015 and April 2015, respectively. Furthermore, they obtained the OpTime Certification from Epic in September 2013. Lastly, Zinta earned the Commissioning & List Management Certificate from the Publisher's Training Centre in March 2008.
