Brett Evertz currently serves as AVP of Loan Production & Sales Operations at Evergreen Home Loans, overseeing regional management for the Mountain Region, including Montana, Idaho, New Mexico, Texas, and selected branches in Washington. Evertz partners with the EVP/Head of Production to provide strategic and operational leadership in loan production. Previously, as Area Manager, Evertz managed production operations in Montana and successfully integrated three new branches. With extensive experience in the mortgage industry, Evertz held roles at Opportunity Bank of Montana as 2nd VP/Mortgage Division Assistant Manager and AVP/Mortgage Branch Manager, focusing on loan origination and staff management in the Bozeman and Big Sky markets. Evertz has also achieved top production status at Big Sky Western Bank and has held positions at US Bank, Altana Federal Credit Union, Stockman Bank of Montana, and Little Horn State Bank.
