Chen Minwen

Chen Minwen is one of the executive Directors. He is the brother of Mr. Chan Yuk Ming and Mr. Chen Yunan, who are also executive directors of the Company. He is also an uncle of Ms. Chen Yanxia, a member of the senior management of the Company. Mr. Chen Minwen was designated as an Executive Director on 12 February 2010 and is also a director of Evergreen Guangdong, Guangzhou Changyue, and Guangzhou Changzhuxing. He is primarily responsible for our sales and marketing promotion and public relations and activities. Mr. Chen Minwen will allocate substantially all of his time and resources to our business.
