Dr. Stanley Crittenden has extensive experience in the field of nephrology and healthcare management. Stanley is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Evergreen Nephrology. Stanley Crittenden, MD, FASN, CHS began their education at Tulane University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from 1996 to 2000. Stanley then attended Tulane University School of Medicine from 2001 to 2005, earning their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). Following this, they pursued their Internal Medicine Residency Program at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine from 2005 to 2008. From 2009 to 2011, Crittenden attended the Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University for a Nephrology and Hypertension Fellowship.

In addition to their education, Crittenden has obtained several certifications in their field. Stanley is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology (FASN) and has received certifications in Internal Medicine specialty and Nephrology subspecialty from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
