Dr. Stanley Crittenden has extensive experience in the field of nephrology and healthcare management. Stanley is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Evergreen Nephrology. Prior to this, Dr. Crittenden held various roles at different organizations. Stanley worked as the National Medical Director at Anthem, Inc.'s CareMore Health and Aspire Health, where they were responsible for managing Medicare Advantage Chronic Special Needs Plans. Stanley also served as an Attending Nephrologist at CareMore Health.

Before joining Anthem, Inc., Dr. Crittenden worked as the Corporate Medical Director at Humana, where they were responsible for overseeing the clinical integrity of the organization's chronic disease management vendor solutions. Stanley also held the positions of Lead Medical Director and Medical Director at Humana.

Stanley also served as the Chief Fellow during their time at the hospital. Before that, they worked as a Physician in Internal Medicine at VISTA Staffing Solutions, Inc.

Stanley Crittenden, MD, FASN, CHS began their education at Tulane University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from 1996 to 2000. Stanley then attended Tulane University School of Medicine from 2001 to 2005, earning their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). Following this, they pursued their Internal Medicine Residency Program at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine from 2005 to 2008. From 2009 to 2011, Crittenden attended the Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University for a Nephrology and Hypertension Fellowship.

In addition to their education, Crittenden has obtained several certifications in their field. Stanley is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology (FASN) and has received certifications in Internal Medicine specialty and Nephrology subspecialty from the American Board of Internal Medicine. Stanley is also recognized as a Specialist in Clinical Hypertension by the American Society of Hypertension.
