Billie Jo Higgins

Billie Jo Higgins, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Finance & Information Services at Evergreen Retirement Community since March 2020, where efforts focus on enhancing living environments and services for individuals aged 55 and older. Previously, Billie Jo held the position of Vice President of Finance at Goodwill NCW from May 2005 to March 2020, overseeing financial planning and budget coordination, and achieving significant debt refinancing savings. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Finance and Financial Analyst at Goodwill NCW, as well as a Manager at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, where expertise in audits and tax services for manufacturing and nonprofit clients was demonstrated. Billie Jo earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1998.
