Becca Judy

Becca Judy has extensive work experience in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Their most recent role was as the Chief Transformation Officer at Evergreen Treatment Services, where they were responsible for overseeing all clinic operations and implementing care transformation for individuals with opioid use disorder. Prior to this, Becca served as the Vice President of Residential Services at Pioneer Human Services, where they managed a division of 500 employees and a $42 million operating budget. Becca has also held various leadership positions within Pioneer Human Services, specializing in residential programs and reentry operations. Before joining Pioneer Human Services, Becca worked as a Facility Administrator at Genesis House, a nonprofit residential treatment facility. Additionally, they served as an Administrator at Shirley Bishop, Inc., a nonprofit association management company. Overall, Becca Judy has a diverse range of experience in leadership, operations, finance, and strategy in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors.

Becca Judy began their education journey in 2010 when they enrolled at Seattle Central College. Becca pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Science and successfully completed their studies in 2014. After gaining valuable knowledge and skills through their bachelor's program, Becca furthered their education at Seattle University. From 2015 to 2017, they dedicated their time and effort to earning a Master of Nonprofit Leadership degree, with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
