Tavia Rhodes

Tavia Rhodes is currently the Vice President of Philanthropy & Communications at Evergreen Treatment Services since February 2017. Tavia has also worked as the Director of Philanthropy & Communications and Director Of Development at the same organization. Tavia has a history of successfully managing fundraising programs, events, donor stewardship, and communication efforts. Tavia also owns and operates TK Consulting since December 2014, providing services in strategic planning, fund development, event management, and communications. Additionally, Tavia has experience in business, membership, and development at YMCA of Greater Seattle and has worked as a Music Instructor and Administrative Director at Northwest Choirs. Tavia holds a certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Anthropology.
