As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role working with both our Marketing Department and Business Development team nationwide. Your responsibilities will entail helping maintain our knowledge database (CRM); produce marketing collaterals that maintain brand consistency; support prequalification’s, presentations and conference materials; ensure consistency of EverGreene’s brand identity and messaging; and promote the firm as a thought leader in the architecture /engineering /construction (A/E/C) field.

Core Responsibilities:
Assist in the ongoing maintenance of the company CRM database (Unanet)
Maintain and update company and employee resumes
Create and customize prequalification requests, SF-330s, and qualification collateral for RFPs
Website content production (WordPress): project description pages and fresh creative and technical content
Support conference/tradeshow planning, preparation, presentations, and debriefs
Assist with organizing and executing marketing and studio events / tours
Support email campaigns, newsletters, press releases, project announcements, etc.
Maintain inventory of printed collateral, site and conference signage, branded materials/swag
Research, produce, and track awards, publicity, conferences, and events calendar
Contribute to social media posts on multiple platforms and publicity reaching target business audiences
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, demonstrating a strong interest and appreciation for architecture, art and design, historic preservation, and/or construction (to thrive at EverGreene, you must have a passion for what we do!)
1-3 years of related experience in marketing preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong business technical writing and editing skills
A creative eye and propensity for graphic design highly desired
Punctuality and dependability with strong follow-through are a must
Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, adapting to the needs of the team and projects
Willingness to visit job sites, walk on scaffolding, etc.
Technology Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience and knowledge of CRM systems (Unanet or similar)
Experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
Knowledge of website data management tools (WordPress)
Knowledge of social media platforms and management tools (Hootsuite) is an asset
Knowledge of E-Campaign management tools (Constant Contact) is an asset
