Naomi Triumph

Naomi is the Management Software Administrator for Evergreen Real Estate Group. Naomi joined Evergreen in 1999, before its official inception. She has gained expertise in affordable housing during her career, making her adept with Section 8, 236, 202/811, LIHTC, and HOME. As Regional Supervisor, Naomi supervises 17 associates and oversees 250 affordable units in 4 apartment communities. As Evergreen's OneSite Coordinator, Naomi spearheads property technology, including licensing, technology conversions, and onboarding new assets and associates to Evergreen's OneSite software platform. Naomi has a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a Licensed Broker in the State of Illinois. She also holds BOS, COS, COSA, and TCS industry designations through the National Center for Housing Management.
