James Richards

Co-founder & CEO at Evergrow

James Richards is the current CEO and co-founder of Evergrow. Prior to Evergrow, James was the executive director at TriNet, where they led the company from $1B to $4B in market cap. Before TriNet, James was the co-founder and CEO of Teleborder, which was acquired by TriNet. Teleborder was a software company that helped businesses streamline immigration for their international employees. Under James's leadership, Teleborder made over $1M in revenue and raised $3M in venture capital from Khosla Ventures, Y Combinator, Recruit, East Ventures, and others.

James Richards has a J.D. from Columbia Law School, an LL.B. from King's College London, and a bachelor's degree in law from the Jakarta Intercultural School. James also has a certification in data science from the General Assembly.
