Jeff Murdock has over 18 years of experience in sales and operations management in various industries. In 2002, they began their career as the Operations/Sales Manager at George Stevens Mfg, where they were responsible for the global sales, engineering, and production of standard and custom designed coil and wire winding systems. Jeff then moved to NT Tools USA in 2004, where they served as the Regional Sales Manager, introducing products to end users through direct sales and multiple distribution channels. In 2006, they were the Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Excellon Automation and the Operations Manager - North America at XACT PCB Ltd. In 2010, they joined Aptean as a Sr. Account Executive - ERP Systems, responsible for all aspects of the sales process for new system sales and add on sales with assigned established accounts. In 2016, they took on the role of Territory Account Manager - Upper Midwest Region at SUZOHAPP, where they developed and maintained contacts with all levels of management. Jeff then joined Plex Systems, Inc. in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager for their ERP solution. In 2020, they became an Account Manager at ATS Automation, specializing in providing next generation smart manufacturing platform Illuminate. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed as the Director of Sales at Everguard.ai.

Jeff Murdock has a diverse educational background. Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Jeff then went on to receive an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2004 and 2006. Jeff also attended St Francis Seminary HS for college prep. In addition, Jeff has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management and Sales Time Management in 2021, Income Statement (P&L) and Cash Flow Explained in 2020, Selling into Industries: Technology Companies in 2019, and Preparing for Your Review in 2019.
