Josh Newman

Josh Newman, MBA, has extensive experience in the utility and engineering sectors, currently serving as Distribution Operations Manager at Evergy since September 2011. In this role, Josh has held various positions including C&M / Electrical Distribution Supervisor, I&C and Electrical / Plant Maintenance Manager, Instrument and Electrical Supervisor, and Predictive Maintenance Analyst. Prior to Evergy, Josh worked as an Instrument Technician at Air Products from January 2008 to September 2011 and served as a Nuclear Electrician in the US Navy from May 2001 to May 2007. Josh holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Baker University, earned between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, completed in 2010.
