Leighton Scott

Leighton Scott is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Distribution Systems Engineer at Evergy since August 2019, Leighton specializes in layout and protection and control design for projects involving Public Service Electric and Gas and American Electric Power. Previous roles include Electrical Specialist at Enercon Services, Inc. and Burns & McDonnell, as well as Electrical/Controls Engineer at Kiewit Power Engineers, where responsibilities encompassed interpreting electrical diagrams and complying with specifications.
