Kristin Atwater

Kristin Atwater has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristin began their career in 1999 as the Director of Customer Service Operations at Alamo & National Car Rental. Kristin then transitioned to the role of Director of Internal Audit at Tropical Shipping in 2003. In 2005, they became the Chief Audit Officer at Spherion until 2008 when they joined Global Cash Access as the Vice President of Internal Audit. In 2010, Kristin founded their own company, Atwater Capital LLC, where they served as the CEO. Kristin later joined Everi Holdings Inc. in 2013 as the Senior Vice President of Internal Audit.

Kristin Atwater received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota in 1990. In addition, Kristin holds certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Institute of Project Management in 2019, CISA from ISACA in 2017, and other certifications including CMA, CPA, and CRMA.
