Carolin Knobelspies is the Senior Vice President, Operations Shared Services responsible for Talent Acquisition, Training, Quality and the Project Management Office globally. Equipped with 24 years of experience in the industry, Carolin’s efforts are now focused on providing leadership for Everise and guiding its vision, to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, technology, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization, and to secure financial strength and efficiency. As an accomplished corporate executive, Carolin’s experience stretches across 20+ years of leading global multichannel contact centers, her business knowledge extends from providing leadership and organizational structure, to customer experience, project management, and operational discipline. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA in Finance at the Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business and started her career shortly after as a Marketing Manager at a Dallas, TX based Marketing Agency. However, the bulk of her work was spent with Harte Hanks, where she was the Vice President of their Global Contact Centers for 19 years. She was responsible for more than 6,000 contact center employees and overseeing recruiting, quality, training, business intelligence, tools and technology, and operations and resource management.
