Emily Rickman is the SVP of Client Services at Everise. Emily has over 20 years of experience in customer success, sales, and account management. Emily has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability for their companies.

Emily began their career as a Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Emily then became the Director of Services at Circuit City. In 2010, they joined Support.com as Vice President of Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management. During their tenure there, they were responsible for growing the company's turnkey connected device services business and increasing revenue and margins.

In July 2020, Emily joined Everise as SVP of Client Services. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's client services team and ensuring that clients are satisfied with Everise's products and services.

Emily Rickman graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
