Kirsten Mae Ramos

Kirsten Mae Ramos, CRSP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kirsten Mae started their career with Harte Hanks in 2016 as a Samsung Technical Support Representative. Kirsten Mae then moved on to Nezda Technologies Inc., where they held multiple roles including Corporate Recruiter and Executive Career Counselor from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Everise as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for ensuring timely recruitment and selection of qualified candidates for various roles. Kirsten Mae was later promoted to the role of Talent Acquisition Lead - Corporate Hiring in 2021, where they managed a team of specialists and developed effective sourcing and assessment approaches. Throughout their career, Kirsten Mae Ramos has demonstrated strong recruitment and hiring skills, as well as the ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and align talent acquisition strategies with organizational needs.

Kirsten Mae Ramos, CRSP, earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Centro Escolar University in Makati, from 2012 to 2016. Kirsten Mae has additional certifications including Certified Recruitment and Selection Professional from the International HR Institute, obtained in 2023, and Accelerator Program: Supervisor (Freshman) from Everise University LMS, obtained in 2023.
