Shiv Palta

Shiv Palta is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Everise. Prior to this, Shiv was with Sunrise BPO Services Pte. Ltd from December 2015 to January 2021 where they held the title of Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Shiv was responsible for the company's overall setup and growth strategies involving Company Setup, Investors Relations, and Merger & Acquisitions.

Shiv has a wealth of experience in strategic planning and execution, as well as driving innovation and growth through M&A activity. Some of their key responsibilities include articulating the company's mission, collaborating with management to devise short and long term plans, creating actionable goals, assessing company projects from a strategic viewpoint, and leading and supporting management in the implementation of new policies and procedures.

In addition to their work in strategy and planning, Shiv is also experienced in financial management and accounting, human resource planning, and customer relations. Shiv is skilled in sourcing and target identification for M&A activity, and has a proven track record in driving transactions to completion. Shiv is also well-versed in compliance requirements and has a keen understanding of the relevant laws, policies, and regulations.

Shiv's experience and expertise have been invaluable in guiding Everise through its period of growth and expansion. Under Shiv's leadership, Everise has been able to successfully navigate the challenges of setting up a new company, finding investment partners, and executing on a number of transformative M&A deals. Going forward, Shiv will continue to play a central role in Everise's strategy and operations as it looks to build on

Shiv Palta attended The Doon School, a boarding school in India. Shiv then went on to study at doon school, where they graduated with a degree in economics.

They are on a team with Sriram Venkateswaran - CFO, Jeremy Jepperson - COO, Global Operations, and Emily Rickman - SVP, Client Services. Shiv Palta reports to Sudhir Agarwal, Founder & CEO.
