Erika Kelsey Jimeno

Erika Kelsey Jimeno is an accomplished Senior Technical Recruiter at Everlaw, where responsibilities include hiring and supporting technical teams and building long-term strategic partnerships. Currently on maternity leave until January 2025, Erika has also served as a Founding Co-Chair of Everlaw's AAPI Employee Resource Group. Previously, Erika held various recruiting roles at Onward Search, Aquent Talent, CyberCoders, and AT&T, achieving numerous accolades and ranking among top performers. In addition, Erika founded EKJ Talent Consulting, offering career coaching and job search strategies, and plans to resume client services in January 2025. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from San Diego State University.
