Fiona Hannan

Fiona Hannan, CTP, has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer success, counseling, and research. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Everlaw since January 2020, Fiona has progressed from Customer Success Associate I to Customer Success Associate II in that time. Additionally, Fiona is the Founder and a Somatic Trauma Coach at Riot Wellness, where hands-on experience in trauma-informed practices is applied. Fiona has held a peer counseling role at Berkeley Free Clinic since July 2019, facilitating training and providing support. Previous roles include Promotions Associate at KALX Radio, Research Apprentice at University of California, Berkeley, and contributions as a writer for NYAToday. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate of Liberal Arts in Social Sciences from Santa Barbara City College.
