Jason Jea

Jason Jea has over nine years of work experience in various data and analytics roles. Jason is currently working as the Director of Data and Analytics at Everlaw since January 2022. Prior to joining Everlaw, Jason worked at Everlane for six years. Jason started as a Data Lead in May 2016 and later became the Director of Data Science & Analytics in February 2019. At Everlane, Jason was responsible for building a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to support a range of data products and metrics across multiple departments. Before Everlane, Jason worked at RetailMeNot, Inc. as a Senior Analyst in Business Analytics from January 2015 to May 2016 and as a Business Intelligence Analyst from April 2014 to January 2015. Jason's first role in the industry was as a Quantitative Analyst at Integra Financial & Economic Consulting from February 2013 to March 2014. Overall, Jason has a strong background in data analysis and management, with experience in various industries such as technology, retail, and finance.

Jason Jea attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics with a focus on Statistics and Data Analysis, and a Plan II Honors degree.
