Jennifer Forward

Jennifer Forward has a strong background in project and program management. Jennifer is currently working at Everlaw as the Director of Project Management, where they lead a team of project managers and ensures the successful delivery of cross-functional and complex projects. Prior to this, they worked at Facebook as a Senior Manager, where they managed a portfolio and implemented process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and align work to goals. Jennifer also has extensive experience at Oracle, where they held various roles including Director of the Program Management Office and Senior Manager of the Program Management Office. In these positions, they led teams and implemented supply chain process improvements, system implementations, and employee learning and development programs. Jennifer also integrated Agile methodologies to increase velocity and accountability. Jennifer began their career at Sun Microsystems as a Program Manager in Worldwide Operations.

Jennifer Forward obtained a Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study from UCLA. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2021, and a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2018.
