Joanne Sprague

Joanne Sprague is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social impact and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Everlaw for Good at Everlaw since October 2023, Joanne previously held various senior roles at Facebook from 2015 to 2023, including Head of Social Impact Partnership Programs, where initiatives such as the Meta Nonprofit Growth Program and Black Community Nonprofit Fund were launched. Prior to Facebook, Joanne re-founded and served as CEO of Friendfactor, successfully restructuring the nonprofit to champion inclusion in workplace settings. Joanne's earlier roles include co-founding a consulting practice at the Centre for Development Finance and serving as a Small Enterprise Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Education includes an MBA with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship and Finance from Duke University and a B.A. in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology from Dartmouth College. Additionally, Joanne completed a Learning for Action Fellowship on Climate Change in 2023.
