Megan Wenzel

Megan Wenzel is a Senior People Generalist at Everlaw, where since April 2021, responsibilities include designing and implementing initiatives that align with business objectives, as well as managing various People programs such as manager enablement, performance management, and employee exits. Prior to this role, Megan served as a Human Resources Generalist at Everlaw, providing broad HR support and guidance to employees and managers. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Team Lead in Human Resources at Target, where strategic HR guidance and cross-functional direction were provided in a high-volume retail environment. Additionally, an internship as a Store Executive Intern at Target took place in the summer of 2018. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2019.
