Ran Xiao is a seasoned professional in GTM strategy and operations, currently serving as the Head of CX Strategy & Operations at Everlaw since 2024, while also being a member of Pavilion since April 2025. Prior experience includes a role as VP of GTM Strategy & Operations at Carta, where significant contributions were made in building robust GTM operations, data analytics, and sales enablement processes. Ran holds an M.B.A. in Management and Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
