Mattia Bartolini

Mattia Bartolini is an experienced engineering manager currently leading teams at Prima since July 2024, with a previous role at Everli from August 2017 to July 2024. Mattia's expertise includes fostering collaboration between designers and developers, refining project estimation and planning, and maintaining team morale during uncertain times. Prior to these managerial roles, Mattia served as a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead, working on modularizing projects, transitioning to AWS, and implementing essential patterns and technologies. Mattia co-founded CercaClienti.it, where responsibilities included developing the codebase, and began an engineering career at Excogita s.r.l., focusing on diverse LAMP stack projects. Mattia holds a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria informatica from the Università di Bologna, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
