Thea Maria Damgaard Gregersen

Thea Maria Damgaard Gregersen is currently serving as an HR Student Assistant in Talent Acquisition at MAN Energy Solutions since August 2023, providing support to Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers, arranging interviews, sourcing candidates, preparing contracts, and administering Talent Brokering. Prior experience includes working as a Community Associate at REGUS from October 2022 to August 2023, and as a Happiness Hero at GOODIEBOX from October 2019 to June 2022, specializing in customer experience. Earlier, Thea held the position of Piccoline at Advokatsamfundet from August 2018 to May 2019. Thea is pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology of Language at Københavns Universitet, expected to complete in June 2025, and is also enrolled in an elective course on Employment Law at the Faculty of Law for the 2024 academic term. Thea previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the same institution in 2022.
