Lisa Crosby has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on sales and marketing. Lisa is currently serving as the Director of Sales at Evermore Orlando Resort, where they lead the opening sales efforts for the luxury resort. Prior to this, Lisa held roles such as the Resort Director of Marketing and Sales at Benchmark, Pyramid Luxury & Lifestyle, Corporate Director of Sales at HRI Lodging, and Regional Director of Sales at Schulte Hospitality Group. Lisa has also worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at White Lodging Services and Embassy Suites by Hilton™ Orlando Lake Buena Vista South. Lisa's experience includes overseeing sales teams, driving revenue, implementing marketing strategies, and managing topline revenues at various hotel properties. Lisa began their career as a General Manager at Chili's and later served as the Director of Sales and Event Services at First Class Enterprises.
Lisa Crosby, CIS has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Massasoit Community College from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued a Liberal Arts degree. Lisa also attended Bourne High School from 1985 to 1989. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified Incentive Specialist qualification from SITE in 2022. Lisa also completed an Executive Leadership program at Cornell University in the same year. Earlier certifications include Hotel SalesPro Professional from Hotel SalesPro in 2010, Director of Sales from Embassy Suites in 2009, and Increasing Sales Productivity from Master Connection Associates in 2008.
