Emily Hu

Medical Director, OBGYN at Evernow

Dr. Emily Hu is an OBGYN and a NAMS-certified menopause practitioner. She oversees the medical team that cares for patients at Evernow. Dr. Hu has been in private practice for over 17 years and is a clinical professor at UCSF. She also delivers babies at CPMC Medical center in San Francisco. She treats all aspects of women’s health, including menopause, fertility, and high-risk pregnancy.

Dr. Hu holds a BA degree cum laude from Columbia University and received her medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her residency at Stanford University. She is a medical advisory board member at BabyCenter. She is also a board member of the San Francisco Gynecological Society and a Member of the Perinatal Quality of Care Committee at California Pacific Medical Center. She has previously served as the vice-chair of gynecology and as an ethics committee member at Seton Medical Center.

Dr. Hu is a passionate advocate for women’s health and believes that telehealth can improve access, convenience, and the ability to provide quality care for the 55 million women experiencing menopause symptoms in the US.
