Haley Collins

Haley Collins has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Haley currently holds the position of Clinical Director of Primary Care at FOLX Health since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Nurse Practitioner at FOLX Health from April 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining FOLX Health, Haley worked as a Lead Nurse Practitioner at Evernow since August 2020. Haley also served as a Nurse Practitioner at One Medical from November 2020 to March 2022 and at NYC Health + Hospitals from June 2020 to January 2021.

Haley's earlier roles include working as a Family Nurse Practitioner at The Institute for Family Health from August 2017 to November 2020, at Metro Urgicare from April 2016 to August 2017, and at The Floating Hospital from August 2016 to December 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Travel Nurse at NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn from January 2016 to April 2016.

Haley began their career in healthcare as an Emergency Room RN at Mission Health from August 2014 to December 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an RN at Pikeville Medical Center from March 2010 to June 2014.

Haley Collins completed their education as follows:

- From 2013 to 2015, they studied at East Tennessee State University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing.

- In 2012, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Indiana Wesleyan University.

- In 2009, they received an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Pikeville.

In addition to their degrees, they hold several certifications, including Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner from the New York State Education Department, multiple states, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Haley is also certified as NCMP by The North American Menopause Society, and as a Registered Nurse by the Kentucky Board Of Nursing and the New York State Education Department.
