Ira Lakritz

Ira Lakritz has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Ira started their career at Formica Group North America as an Associate General Counsel in 2002 and then moved to Valero Energy Corporation as a Senior Legal Counsel in 2004. In 2006, they joined Sealed Air Corporation and served as Chief Litigation Counsel, providing legal support to various business units and managing all material litigation globally. In 2015, they joined Benjamin Moore & Co. as the Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, where they provided legal counsel and support to executive leadership and handled intellectual property matters. In 2021, they became an Associate General Counsel at ADT Commercial, responsible for leading M&A transactions and managing a team of attorneys. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Everon.

Ira Lakritz has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Fordham University School of Law. Prior to that, they earned an AB cum laude degree from Vassar College. Ira is also a member of the New Jersey Bar and the New York Bar.
