Kasia Moore

Kasia Moore has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate law and commercial transactions. Kasia most recently worked as the Chief Legal Officer at Everon starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel - Commercial at ADT from 2020 to 2023. Kasia also served as a Director of Legal Affairs at United Technologies, where they held several roles from 2016 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Director and Chief Counsel at Lennox International and as a Corporate Counsel at Essilor of America. Kasia began their legal career as an Attorney at Andrews Kurth LLP and also gained experience as a Legal Extern at the Federal Trade Commission. Kasia holds a strong background in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC compliance.

Kasia Moore earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Washington from 1997 to 2001. Kasia then pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Finance at the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University, completing it from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) from Seattle University School of Law between 2003 and 2007.
