Before joining Everplans, she led support teams for numerous SaaS companies ranging from travel and tourism to wineries and breweries. She takes pride in helping customers achieve their goals and making sure their point of view is heard within the company at all levels. Eloise’s enthusiasm for solving customer problems is matched only by her passion for hiking, cooking, and craft beer.
