Melanie Connor

Melanie Connor has held several roles in the Human Resources field since 2009. Melanie began their career as an Ice Skating Instructor at Aspen Ice in 2009. In 2014 they took on the role of Staffing Specialist at Altitude Staffing. In 2015 they joined The Careers Group as a Student Marketing Representative and HelloFresh as an HR Coordinator. Melanie then advanced to HR Executive and People Lead at HelloFresh. In 2018 they became People and Talent Manager at Virtual1. In 2020 they moved to the Bike Club as Head of People and currently holds the same position at EVERPRESS.

Melanie Connor attended Birkbeck, University of London from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained their Master's Degree in Occupational Psychology. Prior to that, they attended William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
