Paul Deninger

Paul has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2019. Paul was a senior advisor with Evercore, an investment banking advisory firm, from June 2016 to February 2020. He joined Evercore as a senior managing director in 2011 and was previously a vice chairman at Jefferies, a global securities and investment banking firm, since 2003. Prior to Jefferies, Paul served as chairman and chief executive officer of Broadview, a technology investment banking firm he joined in 1987, from 1996 until its acquisition by Jefferies in 2003. Paul also serves as a director of Iron Mountain, a publicly held provider of document storage and information management solutions, and Resideo Technologies Inc., a publicly held provider of residential comfort and security products and services. Paul holds a B.S. degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.
