Summary of Position:

As a Senior Paid Media Strategist, you will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to ensure we are exceeding our clients’ goals and expectations. You will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. You will be a subject matter expert in Paid Media. You will be strategic, detail-oriented, and data-driven. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals.
  • Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery.
  • Analyze the performance of paid campaigns to develop and implement proactive and reactive strategies to continually improve performance.
  • Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate campaign status, discuss campaign results, and strategic plans to internal team members and external stakeholders to continually improve performance.
  • Conduct and communicate competitive client research and develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies to position clients ahead of their competitors through paid media campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations to necessary stakeholders on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance.
  • Keep up to date with paid media best practices and planning and research tools.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Operations Manager to set up new ad accounts.
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant requests.
  • Lead Paid Media team trainings, and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Maintain and establish expertise in all utilized ad serving platforms and share that knowledge with the rest of the Paid Media team.
  • Collaborate with Director of Paid Media to identify areas of inefficiency within the processes and strategy of the team.
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders.
