Gregory Wan

Gregory Wan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the transportation and asset finance sectors. Currently serving as a Legal Adviser at Eversholt UK Rails Group since July 2025, Gregory previously worked as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP, specializing in Transportation (Asset Finance), from November 2021 to June 2025. Prior to that, Gregory held positions at Maples Group as both an Associate and Trainee Solicitor, gaining valuable experience across various departments, including Asset Finance and Investment Funds. Notably, Gregory completed a legal secondment at Invesco UK focused on ETF-related legal matters. Earlier roles included paralegal positions in Asset Finance and Listing at Maples Group, as well as management roles at ATC Language Schools. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Civil Law in Law with Philosophy from University College Dublin.
