Jennifer Osoba

Jennifer Osoba, CCP has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Jennifer is currently the Director of Compensation at Everside Health, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BOK Financial as a Managing Compensation Consultant and Senior Manager Compensation. Jennifer also held the role of Manager of Compensation at ProBuild Holdings and Director of Compensation at Aimco. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Compensation Analyst at Chipotle Mexican Grill, McKesson Health Solutions, Xcel Energy, and Boston College. Jennifer began their career as a Compensation Analyst/Associate Sourcing Specialist at The Gillette Company. Jennifer has a strong background in designing and managing pay structures and programs, as well as conducting data analysis and communication related to compensation programs.

Jennifer Osoba, CCP completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Development with a minor in Organizational Studies at Boston College from 1996 to 2000. In 2018, they obtained their certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork.
