Jodi Erbe

Jodi Erbe has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Jodi is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Everside Health since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at Laradon from October 2019 to July 2021. Before Laradon, Jodi worked as the Director of People Operations at simPRO Software from March 2017 to October 2019. Jodi also held the position of Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Crownpeak from September 2015 to March 2017. Jodi's career started at Exclusive Resorts, where they were the Vice President of Human Resources from August 2012 to September 2015 and the Director of Human Resources from June 2004 to August 2012.

Jodi Erbe has a Masters of Science in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management from Regis University. Jodi also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource and Family Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
