Kerry Tomasevich is an experienced legal professional serving as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Eversource Energy since July 2007, specializing in corporate governance, securities regulation, public company disclosure, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank Acts.
