Khaldoun Barakat

Khaldoun oversees Fab Operations as well as all aspects of the Everspin quality management system (QMS). This includes managing internal and external MRAM Fab operations to achieve Yield, Cost & Cycle Time targets as well as supporting new R&D initiatives to develop new manufacturing processes. Prior to joining Everspin in 2019, Khaldoun served as manager of manufacturing quality & reliability at Samsung Austin Semiconductor Foundry. Prior to joining SAS in 2016, Khaldoun spent 11 years at Intel and 8 years at LSI Logic in various roles overseeing different aspects of fab processing. Khaldoun brings 26 years of semiconductor fab experience in logic/soc process technology development, process integration, product ramp to HVM, defect reduction, and yield enhancement across multiple technology nodes in the industry. Khaldoun graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science also in Chemical Engineering.
