Deepak Yachamaneni

Deepak Yachamaneni is an experienced professional in asset management and real estate investment, currently leading capital raising and strategy for the data centre business at Everstone Group, alongside Yondr, since November 2021. With a multifaceted advisory role at Waterfield Advisors and as a partner at Virtus Advisors since November 2017 and November 2015 respectively, Deepak specializes in guiding institutions and family offices in real asset investments and raising capital for development projects. Prior experience includes significant contributions in acquisitions and investments at Bridge Data Centres, where responsibilities spanned site evaluation, financing, and regulatory compliance. Deepak's earlier roles included leadership positions at Avendus Capital and Workspace India, and product management at Barclays Plc, supported by a robust educational background with an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Master of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School.
