Pratibha Jain

Pratibha Jain has a comprehensive work experience history. Pratibha is currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Group General Counsel at Everstone Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Group General Counsel and Head of Corporate Affairs at Everstone Group from May 2021 to October 2023.

Before joining Everstone Group, Pratibha worked at Nishith Desai Associates as a Partner from September 2011 to May 2021. Pratibha also held the position of Vice President and Counsel at Goldman Sachs from March 2007 to March 2011.

Earlier in their career, Pratibha worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from May 2005 to March 2007. Pratibha also served as a Visiting Lecturer at Hong Kong Polytechnic University from October 2004 to March 2005.

Pratibha began their career as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in October 2000, where they worked until September 2004. Overall, Pratibha Jain has gained extensive experience in various legal and leadership roles throughout their career.

Pratibha Jain earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi in 1995. Pratibha then pursued further education in law, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 1998. Pratibha continued their legal studies at the University of Oxford, where they completed a Bachelor of Civil Laws degree from 1998 to 1999. Pratibha Jain further enhanced their legal expertise by pursuing a Master of Laws degree at Harvard University from 1999 to 2000.
