Viktoria Melzer

Viktoria Melzer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Viktoria started their career as a Werkstudent Fashion Category Management at Stylight in 2014, where they worked until 2015. Following this, they joined Michael Kors as a Praktikant Human Resources in 2015. In 2016, they became an HR Trainee at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they gained valuable experience in the field. Viktoria then progressed to become an HR Retail Specialist from 2017 to 2019 and later served as an HR Business Partner from 2019 to 2019 within the same company.

In 2020, Viktoria joined VIU Eyewear as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are associated with everstox and holds the position of People and Culture Lead since April 2021. Additionally, they have recently been promoted to the role of Head of People & Culture. Overall, Viktoria's work experience showcases their expertise and growth within the human resources field.

Viktoria Melzer completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Media & Communication Management from Hochschule Fresenius between 2012 and 2015. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Management from the International School of Management, Germany, from 2016 to 2019.
