Charlotte Roesner

Charlotte Roesner is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in customer success, marketing, and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as a Manager at EverQuote since July 2023 and as the Manager of the Warm Transfer Team at Eversurance since August 2020, Charlotte has transitioned from a Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager to leading customer success initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Specialist in Brand Marketing at MasterBrand Cabinets, where strategic marketing and customer engagement were emphasized, and a Sales and Marketing Manager position at "H" Properties, achieving significant revenue growth. Charlotte also has a background as the Marketing Director for Evansville's Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden, where efforts led to record attendance and revenue increases, in addition to having served as the Executive Director of the Dubois County Tourism Commission. Charlotte holds a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management with a focus on Destination Marketing from Purdue University and has studied at James Cook University.
