Geovanny Hidalgo C

Geovanny Hidalgo C has extensive experience in information security and IT audit, currently serving as the Manager of Information Security at Evertec since May 2016, overseeing cybersecurity efforts across multiple countries in Latin America with a team of over 11 members. Previously, Geovanny held positions as a Senior IT Auditor and Project Management Auditor at Grupo Mutual Alajuela from August 2012 to May 2016, and as a Senior Consultant in Risk Consulting Services at Deloitte from 2009 to 2012, focusing on computer controls assessments and technology risk. Earlier roles include Unix Supervisor at Hewlett Packard Costa Rica from 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities included managing a team of 21 and contributing to the ISO 27001 certification for the Pfizer account. Geovanny holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, obtained in 2010.
