Ben Osu

Ben Osu currently serves as the Head of Equity & Inclusion at Everton Football Club, a position held since January 2022, while also contributing as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Everton in the Community. Previously, Ben was the Director of Strategy & Development at the Anthony Walker Foundation, leading efforts in communications, business development, and strategic direction. Experience includes roles as an Engagement Consultant at Oxygen, Marketing & Business Development Lead at Health@Work, and Community Projects Officer at Your Housing Group, significantly enhancing stakeholder engagement and project management. Ben's earlier work involved media production and reporting, with a strong focus on community sustainability. Educational achievements include participation in the International Visitor Leadership Programme and degrees in Business & Public Relations from Liverpool John Moores University.
