Later, Scott worked as an Assistant HR Manager, responsible for payroll and benefits for employees in different states. Scott then became a Human Resources Manager at National Healthcare Review, overseeing benefits, payroll, policies, procedures, and legal compliance. Scott's most recent position was as a Human Resources Director at Every Child Achieves, where they managed company benefits, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. Currently, they are serving as a Consulting Human Resources Director at Wellness Works Management Partners, providing HR services to healthcare companies nationwide.
Scott Booher received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from DeVry University in 2009. Scott later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University, completing the program in 2011.
