Scott Booher

Scott Booher has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Scott started their career as a Medical Biller, where they handled medical billing for multiple hospitals and generated statistical reports. Scott then transitioned into roles as an HR Generalist, where they managed employee updates and helped with payroll and benefit administration. Later, Scott worked as an Assistant HR Manager, responsible for payroll and benefits for employees in different states. Scott then became a Human Resources Manager at National Healthcare Review, overseeing benefits, payroll, policies, procedures, and legal compliance. Scott's most recent position was as a Human Resources Director at Every Child Achieves, where they managed company benefits, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. Currently, they are serving as a Consulting Human Resources Director at Wellness Works Management Partners, providing HR services to healthcare companies nationwide.
